GENERAL BILL by Community Affairs ; Bennett

Building Permit Applications; requires that local government automatically consider application for building permit to be properly completed unless applicant is notified in writing within specified period that additional information is required; requires that local government notify applicant following receipt of completed application if additional information is required & to approve, approve with conditions, or deny application within specified period, etc.
