CS/SB 232: Emergency Management
GENERAL BILL by Domestic Security ; Constantine
Emergency Management; provides that it is policy of Legislature to encourage counties & municipalities to explore use of emerging technologies for purpose of disseminating information to public before, during, & after emergency or natural disaster; authorizes county or municipality to establish volunteer disaster assistance recovery program, etc. Amends 252.32,.38.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
