SB 2390: Nursing Home Facilities

GENERAL BILL by Campbell

Nursing Home Facilities; requires resident or resident's legal representative to include certificate of compliance when complaint alleging violation of resident's rights is filed with clerk of court; requires that presuit notice of claim against nursing home facility be given to each prospective defendant; prohibits AHCA from renewing Medicaid provider agreement with chronically poor-performing nursing home facility after specified date, etc.
