SB 2420: Elections

GENERAL BILL by Hill

Elections; eliminates book-closing period for voter registration; provides registration & changes in registration at polls on election day; delays closing of polls; provides for earlier qualifying for nomination or election to public office; provides for earlier primary elections; requires voting systems approved for use in state to provide each voter casting ballot with paper receipt that indicates each vote cast on ballot, etc. Amends FS.
