GENERAL BILL by Fasano
Health Insurance; requires disapproval of health flex plans that cannot be shown to meet general eligibility standards for insurer certificate of authority; authorizes insurers & HMOs to issue high deductible insurance plans that meet certain criteria; provides that out-of-state group health ins. policies are subject to prohibition on mandatory arbitration clauses; extends time limits for giving certain notice re insurance coverage continuation, etc. Amends FS.
