Toilet Tissue Use Fee; imposes fee on toilet paper sold in this state; requires dealers to collect fee; provides criminal penalty for failure by dealer to remit fee; provides for administration & enforcement by DOR; authorizes rulemaking by DOR & DEP; provides for use of proceeds of fee for administrative costs of DOR; provides for use of proceeds of fee deposited into Wastewater Treatment & Stormwater Management Revolving Loan Trust Fund, etc.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
