GENERAL BILL by Carroll ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Henriquez ; Mealor ; Waters

Fire Hydrants; authorizes all public & private fire hydrants to be tested in accordance with national standards; requires that faulty inspections be reported immediately to local authorities having jurisdiction; provides that it shall constitute misdemeanor of first degree to intentionally or willfully fail to properly service, recharge, repair, hydrotest, test, or inspect fire hydrant, etc. Amends 633.065,.171.
