Consumer Call Center Services; cites act as "Call Center Customer's Protection Act"; requires each customer sales call center & customer service call center to disclose certain info. to customers; prohibits call center from sending customer's personal ID info. to foreign country without express written consent of customer; provides that customer service employee or call center that violates act commits deceptive & unfair trade practice in violation of certain provisions, etc.
