Dori Slosberg Safety Belt Law; designates said law; requires law enforcement agencies to adopt policies prohibiting racial profiling; requires law enforcement officers to collect certain information to be forwarded by agency to HSMV; requires HSMV to compile such information & annually submit reports of such data to Governor & Legislature; deletes requirement for enforcement of Fla. Safety Belt Law as secondary action. Amends 316.614.
