Zaniyah Hinson Act; provides for child care program affiliated with religious congregation or religious school to be exempt from regulation by CFS Dept. as religious-exempt child care program; requires said programs to display certificate of compliance issued by an accrediting agency recognized by dept.; provides requirements for said agencies recognized by dept.; requires said agency to conduct initial onsite review, etc. Amends 402.316.
