GENERAL BILL by Bendross-Mindingall
Public School Student Progression; revises provisions re mandatory retention; provides for mandatory retention at end of grade 4 based on reading deficiency demonstrated by statewide assessment testing & teacher observation; conforms provisions re intensive interventions in reading for retained students. Amends 1008.25.
