GENERAL BILL by Bogdanoff ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Bullard ; Flores ; Goodlette ; Sands

Guardianship; excepts contesting of trust validity by property guardians of incapacitated grantors from prohibition against commencing certain actions; revises provisions re court monitors; authorizes court to appoint court monitor on emergency basis under certain circumstances; requires court to determine whether acceptable alternatives to guardianship of incapacitated persons exist under certain circumstances, etc. Amends Ch. 744, 737.2065.
