GENERAL BILL by Criminal Justice ; Wilson ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Lawson ; Miller ; Hill

Civil Rights Restoration/Prisoners; requires that administrator of county detention facility provide application form for restoration of civil rights to prisoner who has been convicted of felony & is serving sentence in that facility; authorizes use of volunteers to assist prisoner in completing application; provides that this section does not apply to prisoners who are transferred to DOC.
