Congenital Craniofacial Anomalies; requires that AHCA, in consultation with Insurance Regulation Office, conduct study concerning medical necessity, costs, & efficacy of mandating coverage for certain treatments & therapies; requires that agency report its findings & recommendations to Legislature. APPROPRIATION: $25,000.
