Fla. Inland Navigation District; provides responsibility & authority of Board of Commissioners of said district re that portion of Okeechobee Waterway located in Martin & Palm Beach Counties; revises list of acts authorizing & directing improvement & maintenance of Intracoastal Waterway & that portion of Okeechobee Waterway located in said counties; provides exception for maintaining navigability of Okeechobee Waterway under certain circumstances. Amends 374.984.
