GENERAL BILL by Hasner ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Homan

Substance Abuse Treatment; authorizes DCFS to expand certain demonstration models; includes intensive inpatient treatment within service components provided by licensed service provider; defines term "medical monitoring"; amends provisions re county public hospital surtax to conform cross reference; reenacts provisions re treatment providers, to incorporate amendment in references thereto, etc. Amends 394.499, 397.311,.416, 212.055, 440.102; reenacts Ch. 397.
