Education; (THIS BILL COMBINED IN H6007) deletes requirement that certain children receive preference for admission to special academic programs even if maximum enrollment has been reached; removes charter schools from definition of special academic programs; requires use of SAT & ACT as alternative assessments for grade 10 FCAT for students who meet specified requirements, etc. Amends FS.
