Offenses Involving Insurance; prohibits clinical directors from engaging in certain patient referral activities; requires health care clinics to display signs displaying certain info. re insurance fraud; deletes provision that violation of stop-work order is misdemeanor of first degree; prohibits presentation of certain false, fraudulent, or misleading information for purpose of obtaining employment, etc. Amends FS.
