GENERAL BILL by Simmons ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Arza ; Murzin

Florida Minimum Wage Act; provides periods of limitations on actions for violations of Fla. Minimum Wage Act; creates said act; requires employers to pay certain employees minimum wage for all hours worked in Florida; requires Agency for Workforce Innovation & DOR to annually publish amount of adjusted min. wage; requires aggrieved persons bringing civil actions to provide written notice to their employers alleged to have violated act, etc. Amends 95.11; creates 448.110.
