GENERAL BILL by Russell
Motor Vehicle Dealers; revises education requirements for licensure to provide for full-time, management-level employee of applicant or licensee; exempts certain applicants for new franchised motor vehicle dealer license from certain training requirements; prohibits specified licensees from failing to pay certain compensation amounts to motor vehicle dealer after termination of dealer's franchise agreement, etc. Amends 320.27,.60,.64,.642.
