ARNPs/Medical Malpractice Insurance; provides for exempting licensed advanced registered nurse practitioners from certain medical malpractice insurance requirements under certain circumstances; provides criteria; requires licensees to pay certain medical malpractice judgment amounts under certain circumstances; requires certain licensees to post notice disclosing lack of said insurance under certain circumstances, etc. Creates 464.028.
