Enterprise Zone Tax Incentives; revises expiration date of provisions governing assessment of new, rebuilt, or expanded businesses to coincide with expiration of Fla. Enterprise Zone Act; limits tax exemption provided for rehabilitation of real property to one parcel of real property unless there is change in ownership, new lessor, or new lessee; requires notification of proposed change to enterprise zone boundary, etc. Amends Chs. 195, 212, 220, 290.0055.
