Florida Trust Code; creates "Florida Trust Code"; provides general provisions & definitions; provides for judicial proceedings; provides for creation, validity, modification, & termination of trusts; provides for spendthrift, discretionary, & revocable trusts; provides for liability of trustee & rights of persons dealing with trustee; abolishes worthier title doctrine; provides construction of certain instrument language, etc. Amends FS.
