City of Bradenton Beach/Manatee Co.; amends special act re City of Bradenton Beach, Manatee Co.; amends city's boundaries; authorizes city to exercise certain police powers & jurisdictional authority 500 feet into waters of Gulf of Mexico adjacent to its established corporate limits & within Sarasota Bay from eastern municipal boundary of city to west right-of-way line of Intracoastal Waterway.
