SB 1276: Sealing of Criminal Records

GENERAL BILL by Rich ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Campbell ; Smith

Sealing of Criminal Records; provides that prohibition against sealing criminal history record of certain offenses does not apply if charging document is not filed, if case is dismissed, if nolle prosse is entered in case, or if defendant is acquitted or found not guilty. Amends 943.059.
