CS/SB 1290: Concealed Weapons/License Renewal
GENERAL BILL by Community Affairs ; Fasano ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Crist
Concealed Weapons/License Renewal; revises provisions concerning licenses for concealed weapons or concealed firearms held by servicemember; prohibits license expiration while servicemember is under military orders to be certain distance away from his or her residence; provides for extension of time to renew such license; provides for fees & costs when such license is renewed within extension period, etc. Amends 790.06.
