State Board of Administration; defines term "proprietary confidential business information" & specifies information that does not constitute said information; provides for limited duration of exemption; authorizes proprietor of record to certify the record as said information; authorizes court to order release of portions of confidential & exempt records upon making certain findings; provides for future review & repeal under OGSR Act, etc. Amends 215.44.
