Domestic Violence/State Employees; provides exemption from public records requirements for personal identifying information contained in records documenting act of domestic violence & submitted to agency by agency employee in order to obtain leave; provides exemption from public records requirements for written request for leave submitted by agency employee who is victim of domestic violence & any agency time sheet that reflects such request, etc. Amends 741.313.
