Psychology Specialties; provides definition; specifies circumstances under which psychologist may hold himself or herself out as certified psychology specialist or psychology diplomate; requires Psychology Board to adopt rules & establish specified criteria for approval of certifying bodies; specifies that psychologist licensed under specified provisions may specify types of services he or she provides. Creates 490.0149.
