Voting systems; amends provisions re organizational structure of Dept. of State; specifies that Bureau of Voting Systems Certification & Bureau of Voting Systems Security are located within Elections Div.; creates Bureau of Voting Systems Security for purpose of ensuring security of voting systems used in state; requires that voting systems approved by dept. allow voter to correct error in voting, etc. Amends 20.10, 101.5606,.5612; creates 101.018.
