Schools/Advanced Placement Courses; provides purpose & definitions re Advanced Placement courses & teacher training; requires each high school to offer such courses taught by Advanced Placement teachers; requires school districts to offer rigorous courses as preparation for Advanced Placement coursework; provides State Board of Education's duties re funding, implementation of integrated instructional program, communication of information, & evaluation, etc. Creates 1003.495.
