SB 1802: Sexual Offenders/Registration
GENERAL BILL by Lynn
Sexual Offenders/Registration; provides that certain sexual offenders who were young adults or older minors at time sexual offense was committed may petition court for removal of requirement to register as sexual offenders; requires FDLE to remove offender from classification as sexual offender for purposes of registration & notification if offender provides to dept. certified copy of court's written findings or order granting petition, etc. Amends 943.0435, 944.607.
