Bobwhite Quail Habitat/Restoration; directs FWC & Forestry Div. of DOACS to encourage landowners to participate in voluntary habitat assistance programs for restoring & conserving bobwhite quail habitat offered by United States Dept. of Agriculture & other federal & state agencies; authorizes commission to acquire, by gift, title to lands, including easements, on behalf of Board of Trustees of Internal Improvement Trust Fund, etc. APPROPRIATION: $60,000.
