Motorsports Entertainment Complexes; provides for distribution of portion of revenues from tax on sales, use, & other transactions to certified motorsports entertainment complex; provides for certification of said complexes by Office of Tourism, Trade, & Economic Development of Executive Office of Governor; requires specified notice; provides for use of funds distributed to said complex; authorizes audits by DOR, etc. Amends 212.20; creates 288.1170.
