CS/SB 1846: Hospitals

GENERAL BILL by Health Care ; Peaden

Hospitals; prohibits licensing of additional emergency departments located off premises of licensed hospitals until AHCA adopts rules; requires rules to address certain topics; exempts certain entities that provide specified services in facilities licensed under Hospital Licensing & Regulation law from requirements to be licensed as health care clinic, etc. Amends 395.003,.1055, 400.9905.
