SB 1848: Dispensing Drugs/Nonhuman Use
GENERAL BILL by Haridopolos
Dispensing Drugs/Nonhuman Use; authorizes pharmacy technicians to initiate or receive requests for original prescriptions when dispensing for nonhuman use; prohibits licensed pharmacist from supervising more than certain number of pharmacy technicians in dispensing prescriptions for nonhuman use; provides exception to certain requirements for dispensing medicinal drugs for nonhuman use via facsimile. Amends 465.014,.035.
