SB 1850: DCFS Programs

GENERAL BILL by Rich ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Lynn

DCFS Programs; provides that marriage & family therapist may execute certificate for involuntary examination; requires that documentation of any evaluation performed by said therapist or mental health counselor be provided when patient is ordered for involuntary inpatient placement; requires service provider personnel who request exemption from disqualification to submit request within certain time after notification, etc. Amends FS.
