GENERAL BILL by Regulated Industries ; Baker ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Bennett
Professional Regulation/DBPR; provides that individuals performing certain construction contracting work are not considered unlicensed for purposes of contract enforceability; exempts nationally recognized testing laboratories from certain alarm system contracting provisions; exempts certain electrical & alarm system contractors from ordinances or codes of local govts. or special districts requiring various types of recognition by certain national entities, etc. Amends FS.
