GENERAL BILL by Judiciary ; Ethics and Elections ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Posey ; Argenziano ; Sebesta ; Jones ; Rich
Early Voting; provides for supervisor of elections to file request with Division of Elections of Dept. of State to designate additional early voting sites; provides requirements for such request; requires that division receive public comment on proposed early voting sites; specifies timeframe within which division must approve or disapprove request for additional sites; revises time when early voting sites are required to be open. Amends 101.657.
