Motor Fuel Marketing Practices Act; repeals provisions re constraints on competition in retail sale of motor fuel; deletes provisions prohibiting certain predatory practices; conforms cross-reference. Repeals 526.303(4), (6), (7), (9), (11), 526.304,.309; amends 526.305.
