SB 2090: Regulatory Trust Fund
GENERAL BILL by Fasano
Regulatory Trust Fund; requires funds collected under Securities Transactions law to be deposited into said trust fund; provides exception; requires fees & charges collected by Financial Regulation Office to be paid into said trust fund; provides that said trust fund is subject to service charge. Amends 215.321, 517.315.
