GENERAL BILL by Banking and Insurance ; Banking and Insurance

Workers' Comp. Joint Underwriting; provides requirements for joint underwriting plan of insurers which operates as Fla. Workers' Compensation Joint Underwriting Association; provides for continuous review of plan; provides guidelines for procurement of goods & services, including legal services; prohibits hiring outside lobbyist; prescribes limits on representing persons or entities before plan by former senior managers or officers of plan, etc. Amends 627.311.

Effective Date: 07/01/2006 except as otherwise provided
