CS/SB 2348: Operating TF/State Courts System

TRUST FUND/GENERAL BILL by Justice Appropriations ; Crist

Operating TF/State Courts System; directs that certain fees be deposited into said trust fund of state court system; creates said trust fund within state courts system; provides for sources of funds & purposes; provides for future review & termination or re-creation of trust fund, etc. Amends 25.241,.383, 29.0195, 35.22; creates 25.3844.
