SB 2512: Sexual Predators & Offenders

GENERAL BILL by Haridopolos

Sexual Predators & Offenders; requires distinctive markings for driver's licenses & ID cards issued to persons who are designated as sexual predators or subject to registration as sexual offenders; prohibits alteration of said predator & offender markings on driver's licenses or ID cards, for which there are criminal penalties; requires said predators & offenders to carry such driver's license or ID card in public & present it upon request by certain persons, etc. Amends FS.
