SB 2650: Voluntary Pre-K Education Program

Voluntary Pre-K Education Program; exempts certain said program personnel from refingerprinting or rescreening; requires curriculum selected or designed by private prekindergarten provider or public school to include certain assessments of student's progress; deletes restriction re minimum kindergarten readiness rate adopted by State Board of Education as satisfactory for private prekindergarten provider or public school. Amends 402.3057, 1002.67,.69.
