Practice of Interior Design; redefines term "space planning" & defines term "interior design contract administration services"; authorizes retired interior designers to use title "interior designer, retired"; prohibits person from performing certain acts without employing registered interior designer; provides for contract management & use of licensed individuals by said designers providing contract management, etc. Amends 481.203,.223,.2251.229.
