Schools; amends provision re powers & duties of district school boards to revise provisions re required school improvement plans; requires district school board establishment of task force to reduce paper & electronic reporting requirements; requires school districts to include certain information concerning meningococcal disease in parent guide; provides planning options to improve student academic achievement, etc. Amends FS.
