GENERAL BILL by Education ; Fasano
Public K-12 Education Instruction; revises provisions re required instruction & courses of study in public schools; includes study of history of United States & free enterprise; provides requirements for teaching history of United States at certain grade levels; amends provision re general requirements for high school graduation to include study of Declaration of Independence in credit requirement for American government, etc. Amends 1003.42,.43, 1002.20.
