GENERAL BILL by Health and Human Services Appropriations ; Saunders
Social Services Funding; deletes provisions authorizing reimbursement rate of 100 percent by DCFS for certain services provided under Baker Act; revises methodology for distributing funds for certain substance abuse & mental health services; revises provisions requiring that statewide risk pool be established for community-based providers, their subcontractors, & providers of other social services who contract with DCFS, etc. Amends Chs. 394, 402, 409.
