GENERAL BILL by Fiscal Council ; Bean
Social Services; deletes provisions requiring AHCA to make certain adjustments re home & community-based services; requires that Agency for Persons With Disabilities report to Governor & Legislature the financial status of home & community-based services provided under federally approved waiver; requires that agency adjust rates for such services in order to remain within amount appropriated, etc. Amends 393.0661, 440.02.
